How to play
- Each turn, claim tiles on the shared grid.
- Surround an area completely to capture everything inside it, including your rivals' tiles.
- Use your special moves at the right moment to swing a round.
- Whoever holds the most land when the turns run out wins.

1 to 3 computer opponents, Relaxed or Sharp, over 8, 12 or 16 turns. Ranked.
Online
2 to 4 players on their own devices. Ranked.
Pass and play
Share one device for a local game.
Tips
- Corners and edges are cheap to wall off.
- Don't leave a gap in your wall: one tile can cost you a whole region.
- Sharp computers are worth more ladder points.
Questions
How does the ladder work?
Ranked games move your rating up or down. Climb from Bronze upwards and check the ladder leaderboard.
How long is a game?
Pick 8, 12 or 16 turns. Most games take a few minutes.
Can I play friends online?
Yes. Make a lobby and share the 4-letter code.
Are Quick Play lobbies real players?
Quick Play matches you with real players first. When there aren't enough people online to fill a lobby, the empty seats are filled by computer players with their own names and looks, so you never wait long. Computer players don't count toward leaderboards, online wins or badges. To play only with friends, make your own lobby and share the code.
